The Re 465 001-6 electric locomotive originally belonged to the BLS fleet. The powerful Re 465 locomotives were procured for heavy passenger and freight services and are closely related to the well-known SBB Re 460 class.
After many years of service with BLS, two units were sold to Stadler Rail in early 2026. Since then, they have been used by Stadler for, amongst other things, the transfer and transport of new rail vehicles.
