With the 193 139, another Railpool Vectron MS joined SBB Cargo in mid-June 2024. This means that eight locomotives equipped with ETCS Baseline 3 are currently on lease from Railpool to SBBCI. The locomotive, which is the 1.250th Vectron locomotive from Siemens, was given a special lamination with the design name ‘Italian Piercer'. The design was created by the Railcolor team and is stylistically similar to the previous ‘Alppiercer' series. The locomotive was given two different motifs on each side. One side is dedicated to the Isola di Pescatori in Lake Maggiore, while the other side shows the area around Milan with the Piazza del Duomo and the Milan Cathedral as main motifs.
