The IC Adriatic Express provides a railway connection between Poland and Croatia. It transports passengers from Poland through the Czech Republic, Austria and Slovenia to Rijeka in Croatia. The train runs four times a week from Warsaw to Rijeka and back. A Vectron multi-system locomotive was given a matching design.
