The Italian freight transport company GTS Rail, based in Bari, received three Vectron DC locomotives from the Siemens plant in Munich-Allach in 2020. Like the other locomotives in the GTS Rail fleet, the three 191s also have names: 191 043 "Penelope"; 191 044 "Muvt" (a slang term from the Apulia region meaning "hurry up" or "move") and 191 045 "Galileo".
