Self Contained coupler Starter Kit is the easiest way of getting started with Kadee-RC Remote uncoupling system. The Kit includes the necessary components to convert one end of a car (that is equipped with a factory Kadee #830 body mount platform) for remote uncoupling using the #11220 actuated body mount coupler with gearbox. The gearbox contains a Mini Servo and has the same mounting hole dimensions as the #910 (#830, #906 gearboxes), which makes cars equipped with a factory Kadee #830 body mount platforms or previous conversion for #830 & #906 couplers very easy.
