Factory new except the original Loksound V5 Decoder has been replaced with a LokSound V5 (euro) version.  Original ScaleTrains sound files have been installed.  Decoder functions the same except it also supports Marklin Motorola, M4 and Selectrix digital formats and does not support CV6 speed curve mid point (CV2 and CV5 are supported)
