Description
This Bachmann HO Scale USRA Light 2-8-2 Mikado captures the burly looks of the prototype. The 2-8-2 was nicknamed the "Mikado" after Baldwin delivered the first engines with this wheel arrangement to Japan Railways in 1893. This standard DC model is DCC ready and has an installed eight-pin decoder socket for easy decoder installation when you're ready. This USRA Light 2-8-2 Mikado features great electrical pickup; directional headlight and E-Z Mate(R) Mark II knuckle couplers. It performs best on 18" or larger radius curves. USRA Light 2-8-2 Mikado is one of many Bachmann HO Scale steam locomotives.
