This makes it suitable for both high-speed regional services and demanding freight operations on non-electrified lines.\u003cbr\u003eThe 223 011-8\/ER 20-011 was delivered to Siemens Dispolok in 2006 and incorporated into the leasing pool. In the following years, it was deployed by various railway operators.
